WARRANTY COVERAGE DISCLAIMER
There are no warranties other than this warranty, and all other warrantees, express or implied, including any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or of merchantability, are specifically disclaimed. Dialog Hub Sdn Bhd’s obligations under the Warranty for defective Products are strictly limited to the remedies set further below. In no event shall Dialog Hub Sdn Bhd be liable or responsible for any loss or damage, including, without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential damages. This Warranty shall be void if the Product has been subject to abuse, improper installation and/or care.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
The defective film for claim together with its corresponding layer with the BARCODE and QR Code AND the Sales Receipt is required. The defective film must still be attached to the device bearing the IMEI listed on this envelope to be entitled to any warranty claim. The customer MUST NOT detach the film.

SUBMISSION OF CLAIM
1. Upon purchase, Customer shall receive an Invoice, this Warranty Envelope and a layer of the film with Barcode and QR Code. These three items together with the device bearing the Device Identifier/IMEI listed on this envelope are required to be presented when making a warranty claim.
2. Warranty Claim Registration shall be keyed in by Customer within 1 month from the date of purchase at the following website to qualify for the 1 Year Limited Warranty which begins on the original purchase date:

3. Terms and conditions are subject to change; all current terms and conditions of this warranty are available only on the website.
4. Warranty VOID if there are visible signs that the film has been physically tampered with during customer care. (For example: visible/obvious scratches by sharp objects, reasonable/obvious amount of peeling-off, determined to be intentional)
5. Minimal curl / peeling-off after-installation may only require reinstallation without the need for replacement of the film.
6. A charge of at least RM15/film is applicable across all film categories for warranty repair/re-installation.
7. All warranty claims are subject to Dialog Hub prior approval.
