ClearPlex® Warranty Registration

1. CLEARPLEX ULTRA FILM – WARRANTY
The following is Dialog Hub Sdn Bhd's product warranty for ClearPlex Ultra Film / ClearPlex Texture Film and Clearplex Omni film. Dialog Hub Sdn Bhd warrants to its Dealers/Partners, for a period of one (1) year from the date of original sale to its Dealers/Partners, that the products above will be free from manufacturing defects.

2. WARRANTY COVERAGE DISCLAIMER
There are no warranties other than this warranty, and all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or of merchantability, are specifically disclaimed. Dialog Hub Sdn Bhd’s obligations under the warranty for defective products are strictly limited to the remedies set further below. In no event shall Dialog Hub Sdn Bhd be liable or responsible for any loss or damage, including, without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential damages. This warranty shall be void if the product has been subject to abuse, improper installation and /or care.

DIALOG HUB SDN BHD classifies defects into categories.
(If the defect does not fit into one of these categories, the defect should be described in detail)

3. (a) WARRANTY COVERED FOR “ULTRA FILM / MATTE FILM” (DEALERS/PARTNERS)
i. Discoloration
We accept warranty for discoloration up to 31st July 2020. After this date, we will no longer accept ultra films with discoloration.

Terms & Conditions (before we accept discoloration)
From 1st August 2019 to 31st July 2020, dealers are required to take photos of the customers’ phones with the Clearplex films still attached to the phone together with the QR codes and whatsapp to the Support Group for approval. ONLY upon approval, can the dealer proceed to replace the ultra films for customers and return the ultra films to us for warranty claims.

ii. Software Issues (100% claimable)
• Incomplete Cut
• Apps Error
• Cannot Scan
• Bad Design

iii. Machines Issues (claimable subject to the discretion of Management)
• Machine Jam
(Provided there is no peel-off of the ultra films)
(Provided the Operator did not mishandled the machine)

iv. Operators Issue (100% not claimable)
• Dust, Dirt, Hair, Fibers
• Wrong Cut
• Peel-Off

3. (b) WARRANTY COVERED FOR “OMNI FILM” (DEALERS/PARTNERS)

4. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
The defective film for claim together with its corresponding layer with the BARCODE and QR CODE and Sales receipt is required. The defective film must still be attached to the device bearing the IMEI listed on this envelope to be entitled to any warranty claim. The customer MUST NOT detach the film.

6. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURES
REQUIRED INFORMATION
Complete and accurate information is necessary in order for Dialog Hub Sdn Bhd, to confirm the defect and /or identify the root cause of the defect. The information listed below, which can be located on either the box or core label of the claimed material, is required with the submission of all claims.



SUBMISSION OF CLAIM

1. Upon purchase, Customer shall receive an Invoice and a layer of the film with Barcode. These two items are required to be presented when making a warranty claim.
2. Warranty Claim Registration shall be keyed in by Customer within 1 month from the date of purchased at the following website to qualify for the 1Year limited Warranty which begins on the original purchase date: (https://www.dialog-hub.com.my/clearplex-register-warranty)
3. Terms and conditions are subject to change, all current terms and conditions of this warranty are available only on the website.
4. Warranty VOID if there is a visible sign/s that the film has been physically tampered with during customer care.
(Eg : visible/obvious scratches by sharp objects, reasonable/obvious amount of peeling-off, determined to be intentional)
5. Minimal curl / peeling-off after-installation may only require re-installation without the need for replacement of the film.
6. The details of each defective films that are qualified for Warranty Claim must be keyed into the Warranty portal (https://www.dialog-hub.com.my/clearplex-warranty-claim)
7. Upon replacement of defective film, the defective film with the original QR code to set aside for return.
8. All defective film of the current month must be submitted to Dialog Hub Sdn Bhd latest by the 3rd of the next incoming month.
9. All claims are subject to Dialog Hub prior approval.
